Al Manganiello has a long career as a manager in two branches of State Government, the Non-Profit Sector and with a Fortune 200 Company. Mr. Manganiello spoke at the University of Delaware’s School of Public Policy and Administration’s Spring Contemporary Issues Seminar held on March 1. At the seminar, the author shared his experiences and offered practical lessons he learned as a manager.
